Aeronautical Information Services (AIS)
The object of the aeronautical information service (AIS) is to ensure the flow of aeronautical data and aeronautical information necessary for global air traffic management (ATM) system safety, regularity, economy, and efficiency in an environmentally sustainable manner.
Air Traffic Control Tower (ATC)
The object of the ATC is to prevent collision of aircraft (separation), expedite and maintain orderly flow of air traffic and provide advice and information useful for the safe and efficient conduct of flights.

New applications for annual operating permits require 6–8 weeks for processing. One-off landing authorizations may be issued within a shorter timeframe that varies based on the nature of the request.
EASTERN CARIBBEAN CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY (ECCAA)
The Eastern Caribbean Civil Aviation Authority (ECCAA) is the official body of the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) responsible for regulating aviation safety and security across its Member States. Its mandate is to ensure full compliance with international standards established by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). ECCAA delivers comprehensive civil aviation safety and security oversight through inspections, investigations, monitoring and licensing. The Authority regulates all civil aviation activities within OECS Member States in strict alignment with ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs).
