APPLICATION PROCESS
Getting started is simple:
- All requests for commercial filming, photography, or video production must be directed to the Business Development & Corporate Communications (BDCC) Department.
- Schedule a scout visit, discuss your project, and attend planning meetings with BDCC.
- Submit your online application at least 10 days prior to your intended filming date.

RATES & CHARGES
A flat rate of XCD $950.00 per day is applied for one-time production services. This rate covers all standard production activities required for the project within the agreed timeframe.
Guidelines for Commercial Filming & Photography at MBIA
To ensure safety and compliance, please note the following:
1. Restricted Areas
Filming or photography is prohibited in:
- High-security zones (Immigration, Security checkpoints, baggage handling areas).
- Security procedures or personnel.
- Airline logos, staff, or commercial installations without prior consent.
2. Airside Access
- Apply for a Temporary Visitor Pass from the Security Department for airside filming.
- Present a valid ID upon arrival.
- All crew members must be accompanied by an airport representative at all times.
3. Content Approval
MBIA reserves the right to decline projects that do not align with its vision and mission.
