Reconnect with Your Missing Item
Lost & Found
Traveling can be stressful, and it’s easy to misplace something along the way. At Maurice Bishop International Airport (MBIA), we understand how important your belongings are—and we’re here to help you recover them.
Lost Items on the Aircraft
If you believe you left something onboard your flight, please note that these items are handled directly by your airline. Contact your airline’s customer service for assistance.
Missing or Damaged Baggage
If your baggage is delayed, missing, or damaged, please contact your airline or its ground handling company immediately for assistance.
It is essential to report any issues before leaving the airport to ensure proper documentation and a smooth resolution process.
For faster service, keep your baggage tag handy when speaking with an airline representative.
Items Lost at MBIA
If you misplaced an item at the security checkpoint or in common areas of the airport, MBIA operates its own Lost & Found service through the Security Department.
Here’s how to start the process:

Provide accurate details about your lost item. The more information you share, the better we can assist you. - Item Identification
Our team will review your submission and compare it with items found. If we locate a match, we’ll notify you promptly. - Claim Your Item
Once confirmed, we’ll guide you through the steps to safely reclaim your belongings.
